Self Defense classes are designed for people of all ages and sizes and will focus on real world situations.

No karate training is required.

Our goal is to ensure every person who attends these classes is tooled and prepared to successfully face any situation.

Self Defense Class

The instructors of the Missouri Karate Association have developed a self-defense program held at the Chesterfield Athletic Club. This program is designed for people of all ages with no karate experience. Self-defense classes can benefit everyone; male, female, child or grandparent. A fun way to spend a few hours while learning basic yet highly effective techniques that will get you out of harms way.
