“ 'There is nothing you can do about your death, but you can always change your way of life.' At 15 years old, as I was writing this sentence to myself as my motto for life, I knew that nothing is for granted nor is it forever. Kara-Te does not just mean empty hand but also mean “empty mind”… so one should always keep the mind open to learn. Even if you heard it a thousand times, act as if it is the first time you hear it. That is the only way to develop, grow and become better in every field of life. Karate helped me build and preserve strong personality, high self esteem, high self confidence and other mental, physical, emotional and social qualities and skills that will assist me for the rest of my life.

Raised by two amazing people, my parents. I thank my Father for his unconditional and everlasting love, teaching, supporting and pushing me in every aspect of life to be the best I can be.
