Family / General

Family / General classes are for all age groups and all rankings.

The Family/General Class is a great way to spend time with your family while learning karate and getting in shape.  If your goals are earning a black belt, meeting new friends, achieving a new personal challenge or to learn self-defense the Family/General Karate Class at the New Town Fitness Center is for you.

Adult classes are for teenagers and adults or all rankings.

The Adult classes include techniques and training methods intended for students at or near their adult sizes.

Little Ninja classes are for beginners age 4-7. The Little Ninja Karate Program helps children build confidence, focus, teamwork, control, discipline and self-defense while having fun and making friends. Parents will see the benefits of karate training shine through in your child's daily life. MKA students experience improvements in school work, sports and general attitude as well as physical development and improved balance and speed.

Eight (8) week program from January 17 through March 7, 2009

Fridays, 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm

$100 (free karate uniform)
