General classes are for all age groups and all rankings.

The General Class is a great way to spend time with your family while learning karate and getting in shape.  If your goals are earning a black belt, meeting new friends, achieving a new personal challenge or to learn self-defense the General Karate Class at the Chesterfield Athletic Club is for you.

Personal classes have one instructor and one student. These classes provide the opportunity to tailor instruction for the student and target areas to produce a uniform karate technique.

These classes are scheduled on demand.
